Real guarantees for your peace of mind
All these terms are written in the usage agreement — and they are available to read before payment.
Full refund within 14 days
If the page isn't satisfactory for any reason, a refund can be requested and the full amount is returned within 7 to 14 business days. No questions asked. (the Saudi E-Commerce Law)
No auto-renewal
We send a reminder 30 days before the year ends, and the decision to continue rests with the owner. No charge to the card without permission.
The data belongs to its owner
A request to delete the data and store is available at any time, and is carried out within 30 days per the Saudi PDPL (PDPL).

Can the amount be refunded if the page isn't satisfactory?
Yes. Within 14 days of the first payment, send an email to ma7l@shafi.cloud with the invoice number (starts with INV-, shown at the top of your invoice), and we'll refund the full amount within 7 to 14 business days. No questions, no conditions.
What payment methods are available?
mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Amex via an electronic payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. Payment can be made from a phone in under a minute.
Is there auto-renewal of the subscription?
No. Renewal is entirely manual, and we send a reminder 30 days before the year ends; the decision to continue rests with the owner.
Is a commercial registration required to receive payments?
The owner's own payment link is used — whether it's TuwaiqPay, STC Pay, or even a bank transfer. ma7l does not manage the money; it simply links the «Pay now» button to the chosen payment link. Even with only a freelance permit, that's possible.
Can plans be upgraded later?
Yes. Upgrading is available at any time from the shop dashboard — paying only the difference for the rest of the current year, with the higher plan's features granted instantly.
What's the main difference between the 3 plans?
A WhatsApp button per product is available on all plans (from Basic). The main difference is the number of products (50 / 500 / 2000) and extra features: a multi-product shopping cart (Advanced and Pro), an AI visitor assistant that automatically answers questions about location, products, and contact (Pro only), and richer Google structured data in Pro. When unsure, start with Basic and upgrade later.
